On purchasing an item of jewellery from Quinn's Jewellery and if the item is returned within 30 days of purchase showing no evidence of wear or tear, we will offer a full exchange or gift voucher/credit note for the full amount which will have no expiry date.  We DO NOT offer a refund unless the item is deemed unfit to wear through a manufacturing fault or an item cannot be repaired.
