Quinn's Jewellery offers a wide range of jewellery including rings, necklaces, bracelets, and custom-made pieces. We also provide jewellery repair and permanent jewellery services.

We offer standard and express delivery options. Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days, while express delivery takes 1-2 business days. Bespoke orders will have a lead time on top of delivery.

On purchasing a standard stock item of jewellery from Quinn's Jewellery and if the item is returned within 30 days of purchase showing no evidence of wear or tear, we will offer a full exchange, refund or gift voucher/credit note for the full amount which will have no expiry date.

We do not offer exchange for personalised or made to order items unless they are faulty.

We DO NOT offer a refund unless the item is deemed unfit to wear through a manufacturing fault or an item cannot be repaired.
